The Custom Bench
You read the chapter.
Now let's build the tool.
I'm not a coach. I build tools for people who are building — the delivery engine that ships while you sleep, the proof ledger that holds your record, the machine that does your chapter's action every day without willpower. The book tells you what has to happen. The tools make it happen.
It starts with a discovery session: you talk about your business, I ask bookkeeper questions, and you leave with a plan whether or not we ever build together.
What you get for the $500
- One working session on your actual business — the thing you're building, the shore you're standing on
- A written, scoped plan for the tool: what it does, what it replaces, what it costs you to not have it
- A fixed price for the build — no hourly, ever (Chapter 10 is policy here, not just advice)
- The plan is yours either way — take it, build it yourself, or hand it to anyone
$500
Paid up front — deposit first, plan on the delivery day. Chapter 12 rules; this shop runs on its own book.

Opens an email with three questions. Answer them rough — plain sentences beat polished ones. You'll hear back within one business day.
This page follows the book it lives in: a small promise (one session, one plan), a fixed price, delivered on the day. Every discovery and build lands as a dated entry on the public ledger — that's the record this whole site runs on.
